I'm thinking about taking some philosophy classes through distance learning. I'm not working towards a degree. I want to take classes just for the fun of it. Do you have any recommendations? I've already had logic, philosophy of science, and an introductory course at a B&M school.

Could you really see yourself saying in an interview that your program taught you to "confront ambiguous and complex problems, reflect deeply and bring insights to the surface, transform the giving of feedback into a mutual learning experience, build relationships of trust and enthusiastic acceptance of diverse perspectives, articulate a practical vision, and collaborate in bringing it to fruition?" It's like they are trying to sell you a certificate in dianetics.
If it's just for personal enrichment you could earn the equivalent of a philosophy degree for free from Open University. They don't actually offer a "degree" but I've heard their programs provide a good education. It's free but it's unaccredited...perfect for self improvement and fun.
