I am currently enrolled with the University of London's external LLB program. However, I don't like the fact that there is a maximum amount of courses that can be taken per year, and the exams are always at the same time for every student regardless of their personal ability to learn faster than the group.

Does anybody know of a common law or hybrid jurisdiction which has a DL school that allows students to take exams as soon as they are ready to do so, with no maximum amount of courses to be taken per year? Preferably a school based in England, but I'll look at anything from a common law/hybrid area. It has to be a degree that grants entry into the school jurisdiction's bar society, so it can't be an LL.M.

So far, I have discovered that:

-An online J.D. in California is paced per state requirements and takes four years to obtain
-A correspondence University of South Africa hybrid LLB requires a minimum of four years
