I going to go for my BSBA however looking at the different options in studies does anyone have an opinion and/or experience on the following.
I am between Operations Management or General Management. I work in the construction field and am andestimator/asst project manager. I do not know which would be better suited. Or am i just splitting hairs?

    Thanks

I think you are OK either way, especially since this is a bachelor's degree. So you may be splitting hairs in this case. However, General Management is probably better suited to your line of business. Operations Management is generally associated with industrial production of goods. At your level, it probably doesn't matter that much, but GM might be slightly better for you.

    I'll second MichaelOliver's comment -
I'm also in the const. industry and have worked as an Designer/Architect, Estimator, Purchasing Dir., PM, Ops. Mgr. and GM.
I'm pursuing my Bachelor's now as well and chose General Business. After looking at all the things I've dealt I realized with it really runs across the board, so the more general and broad the better. As you progress in your career you'll find yourself dealing with Safety, HR, Finance, Sales, Legal, Marketing, etc. A great many things outside the realm of 'operations.'
