Doctorate in Community and/or Economic Development?

    Good morning!

    Southern New Hampshire University dropped their blended PhD in Community Economic Development (see CED Academic Programs; Southern New Hampshire University on the web). However, the University of Southern Mississippi offers blended PhD programs in International Development and Human Capital Development. Links to both programs can be found at EagleLearningOnline on the USM website. Although the program in Human Capital Development may have an unusual name, the curriculum contains some traditional CED courses like Economic Development Theory and Grantsmanship.
