Cheap Online portfolio assesment

    I came across a cheaper online portfolio assesment course and didn't save it. I was unaware that Excelsior would accept other courses from other accredited schools. I am not sure if they would take this one, because it is only 2 hours. It doesn't hurt to ask. Can you help me find it? I think it belonged to the cheapest 2 year college based out of Texas.

    Sinclair community college is $45, I don't know if you can find cheaper than that.

    Wait, if I understand correctly:

    I pay the 45 bucks to Sinclair CC and do portfolio assessment and all the credit awarded by them can be transferred to Excelsior?
