    Hi Board,

I'm planning on opening a bank with Thomas Edison State College. I'm interested in ther credits for a MCSE and MCDBA certification but I wonder how they will show in the transcript. The reason I ask this is because I'm planning to use these credits to qualify to teach some college classes but would need to show as networking credits and just as as credits because of Microsoft certification.

Any one with experience with TESC and credits for MCSE? What about Charter Oak State College? Can I get credits through them? I also have some business certifications that do not show up in the TESC web site. Would TESC or Charter Oak State College give me credit for them?

I have attached my COSC transcript. I had my MCSE - NT 4.0, MCP+Internet, and A+. COSC used what ever Excelsior listed as recommended. Hope this helps.

They give credits according to the ACE recommendations. I was told the following:

"Thomas Edison State College awards credit for Microsoft certifications based on the credit recommendation of the American Council on Education. You can look up your certifications online to see what the credit recommendations would be. In order to award
credit for the certifications, we will need an official transcript from ACE with the certifications listed. We cannot award credit off the Microsoft transcript."

"MLS0003 will be given 3 credits of CAP-299. MLS0004 will be given 3 credits of CIS-299. Neither can be used to fulfill Computer Science electives."
