The person I am dealing with seems to be under the impression that snail mail is the only way to get a transcript over to ACE and is asking me for an address (which as of this writing I don't even know if that's possible). This is a real inconvenience. Is there a faster way? Should I contact ACE or is there a good person at Penn Foster you could direct me to that would be more familiar with the process? Any guidance would be great! My wife is done with her degree we just need to get the right information to the right people and pay! I want to get this done ASAP. Thanks so much for your time!

You don't even have to deal with Penn Foster for this process. If you don't already have an ACE account then create one and pay the fee. Then you find the PF course you took in ACE's list and put it as completed. ACE will send over an inquiry and all PF has to do is say that it was completed (or not) and then ACE will put it as pending and then completed and on the transcript.

If you need more assistance I can try to walk you through it.

I think that's basically what I had to do with ALEKS. Thanks! That's exactly what I needed.

Yes, it is the exact same process as with ALEKS.

I hope I don't have to remember the exact date of course completion :(.

    *bump*

So, how long does it usually take Penn Foster to get back to ACE? ALEKS did it the same day in some cases.

When I did it, it was just as fast as ALEKS.

It finally became "approved" today. Hopefully it doesn't take as long as usual for it to completely process. In the past it has taken weeks.
