Got Accepted into Ed.D at Grand Canyon

    I was just notified I was accepted into the Grand Canyon University Ed.D. I hope I have made the right choice.

    Thoughts people?

    575 per credit hour which is not too bad I think

    Congratulations, I'm sure you will do very well. It's not really that big of a deal to get accepted though, I don't think. If it's like most online schools, it's not that hard to get into. But that doesn't discount your achievement and the fact that you will be bettering yourself and your career. Go for it!

    Have you looked at Liberty University's EdD program?

    It is cheaper than GCU, NCATE-accredited, and is offered by a non-profit Christian university.

    Here's some more parade raining. :) Grand Canyon University got indirectly involved with a diploma mill as the diploma mill was going through its death throws.     This program is on my short list too. I just can't decide. It seems like a decent price for the program. You do have two week long residencies in your second and third year.
