Transcript Verbage Question

Ok, so EC has decided to change how soem of their transcripts / degrees will read. I'm finishing my BSHS with a concentration in healthcare management. Now they send an email indicating that will be changed to read focus in management. Most of the other degree changes are going from focus to concentration, but mine is the other way around. How does this change employers and grad schools interpretation of my degree? Does it matter at all? I think they are doing this because they are starting a new degree program and they want to make the current program less attractive. I know there are far more experienced people here that know the difference or impact this change can have. Thanks!
