AFFORDABLE associates/certificate in real estate or property management?

The title says it all. Regionally accredited preferred but not required. I've been looking around but haven't found much.

Also a program that is somehow integrated with a real estate/PM certification association would be ideal.

Stevens-Henager, mentioned here, has been in business 118 years. Of course, the school has only had on-line offerings for a much shorter time!

Westwood College has a Construction Management (Associate) degree program that kinda fits the decription. I believe it's pretty expensive though, and I've read from some unhappy Westwood campers, although that happens with most schools. Check www.westwood.edu and if you're interested, check some reviews...
