Hi, I'm trying to decide between the two for a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Which school is more repectable, or ranks better? I'm really concerned about that. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

One is a state university and the other is a private liberal arts college. The most popular ranking, USNWR, places them in two entirely different rankings, making it difficult to compare the two. Both are reputable. I would look at the course offerings and the faculty of the Psych departments and let that be your guide in making a decision.

You can't go wrong with either. Really, you can't!

Columbia College is much less expensive, and you can double major in Sociology (or something else) along with Psychology. That is why I have chosen them. I haven't taken any classes with them yet, so I wouldn't be in a position to recommend them based on any real experience.

If you are starting from scratch, I would suggest starting off getting inexpensive credit from a community college, like Clovis, and/or take some CLEP and DSSTs to save you some money. You can transfer it all in to the school you chose, and you can take some more time to consider which school you want your degree from while still gaining credits and moving closer to the finish line.

A couple of months ago, I came across this blog entry, maybe it will help you:
