    Hello,

Does anyone have any experience with London External ? And in particular the Bsc Management course (LSE) or the Bsc Business Administration course (Royal Holloway) ?

I know it depends on a lot of different factors, but how many hours a week do you actually put into the study ? Are the exams really that hard ?
Is the Royal Holloway course slightly `easier` than the LSE course ?

I am familiar with the entrance requirements, but is the study doable for a person who`s native language is not English ?

Any comment or advise is very welcome !!!

    Thank you very much.

I studied one year towards the LLB(hons) through London External. I'm not sure if or how the delivery methods would vary as compared to the courses you're considering.

My experience with the LLB was that the exams really are that hard. The amount of hours I put in varied from week to week. It was a few years ago now so I don't really recall precisely. In the weeks leading up to the exams I was probably studying 40 or 50+ hours a week, before that I would say probably 20 or 25 on average, but that is a bit of a guess at this point. I was doing 3 modules which is a heavy workload.

A lot of non native English speakers enrolled. I don't know with any certaintly how they did, but my impression was that they managed okay.

    Hi,

    Thanx for your reply.
Wow, that is a heavy workload, especially in the weeks before the exams.
That would be impossible for me out of time managing circumstances (family, work etc..)

But, I intend to go for 2 modules a year so then the average 2 to 3 hours a day would be ok during the regular year.

Anyone more experiences ? Please share !
