I found the English version of this web site The Open University of China .
While it lists down quite a few departments and courses, I can't find anything on the cost, duration etc. Anyone experienced this university before?

Can't help much with their website, but are you interested in moving to China to study? DL is nearly non-existent here, at least in the way we talk about it in western countries and on this board. The reason you see no courses and prices is because it is related to video broadcast, and media based lessons for other institutions inside China. They just changed the name last year from " China Central Radio and TV University". You can see a more detailed description of what they do here: http://www.virtualcampuses.eu/index.php/Open_University_of_China

Just curious about what they are offering. They are a giant country, should be interesting to know how they coordinate their distance education divisions.

There isn't really any coordination as such between universities outside of what you can see as an example with this particular school. It's all fairly new stuff here. Some of the low tier Uni's I have been in here are still blackboard and chalk in some classrooms for example.
