A secondary education for a friend

Ok, I would be really really greatfull for a advice for a friend of mine (No this time it's not me, I have finished high school and gonna go to collage this year ). You see he hasn't finished high school, and I would like him to go to collage, because I worry for his future.
My plan is to get him an online secondary education as fast as I can. So he could enroll in Distance Learning Courses and Adult Education - The Open University and become a psychologist, then I would send him to distance learning courses in hypnosis, and he would be a great therapist

But there's one problem with my plan, there's one setback that I can't conquer alone.
How can I get him secondary education fast? He's already twenty, and secondary education in poland takes 3 years to complete.

Is there anything online, (in english or in polish) that my friend could finish that would allow him to study psychology at Distance Learning Courses and Adult Education - The Open University ?
