Universidad del golfo in Mexico

Hi,

does anyone know about a university called "Universidad del Golfo" in Mexico. website: UNIVERSIDAD DEL GOLFO

if this is accrediated? the reputation and the ranking?
A management school in London has a collaboration with this university offereing masters courses through this university which I have been referred to.

any information on this university will be highly appreciated.
as their website is in Mexican language its very difficult for me to get the required infromation.
