I have a non ABA accreditted JD degee from Concord Law School.

Are their any State Bar's that will accept a LL.M from an ABA accreditted Law School and a JD from a non ABA accreditted Law School?

In other words, if I find a law school that will admit me and I receive a LL.M., can I then sit for their bar?

    LLM to practice

The ABA does not accredit LLM programs, only first law degrees.

There has been discussion about this before try "Search".

Anyway, I don't think you'll find reliable information on this here. I suggest you contact the state bar in the state you're considering.

I think DC allows Cal Bar members from unaccredited schools to take their bar exam.

    Hi cmidy,

Is your JD from Concord bar or non-bar qualifying?

I wonder if they were trying to make him appear unintelligent. Just look at the quote they had from him.
