All that I can tell you right this second is that there is no information indicating that this would be a degree that would be seen by anyone as being equivalent to a US (or European, or S. American, etc) degree. There are so many of these "schools" existing in the farther reaches of our planet that it's very hard to keep up with them all. Do you have a link to this school? Do you have a link to the governement of India that indicates the school is accredited or evenlinked to another accredited school? If you answer to these questions is "no," then I'd suggest that you either
    1) find such links or
    2) let go of this "school"

Finally, and I just have to ask, there are so many legitimate schools offering business degrees, why are you attracted to this unknown quantity?

    From the above link

If that's true, it would make it fully accredited. Not?

As a person who was born and educated in India, and working in the USA, I can say few words about this:
Most (if not all) universities in India are regulated by the UGC. Hence, they are 'accredited' in the US standards. I believe Amity is the same case.

Another word of caution - most Indian bachelor degrees like BA, BCom, BSc, BBA etc., are 3-year, and hence can not be treated as a 4-year US degree. However, a 3-yearBachelor degree (like BBA) + a 2-year
Master degree (like MBA or MCom) might be treated as the equialent of a 4-year US Degree.

Having said that, I would like to know the meaning of 'accepted'.
For immigration purpose, a 4-year Bachelor degree or a 3-year Bachelor + 2-year Master can be evaluated as equalent to a 4-year US Degree.

For education in the USA, I heard through friends (who studied their BS in India and MS, PHd in the USA) that most universities in the USA acccept a 4-year degree from India, but they do not (either fully or partially) accept a Masters degree from India. So, you may end up repeating the whole MS, or parts of it.
