SHSU's Carnegie classification places it in the top 7% of U.S. higher education institutions so it seems like a good school. They have launched some cool new CJ programs all online. It seems the whole focus of the University is CJ for some reason, but they do offer degrees in all areas. I have taken a lot of certificate classes with them for law enforcement.
