I'm reading a biography of Frederick Winslow Taylor and it occurred to me that I've never come across a course that was purely the history of management (in fact I could envision an entire masters degree on the subject). Does such a course exist?

The book I'm reading is by Kanigel and has over 600 pages of which 83 pages list references and bibliography.

The author also notes that Taylor may have taken correspondence courses from Harvard in the 1870/80 time period. He later earned a degree from Stevens in 1883.
