I'm starting this thread because attorneys around the USA have to have continuing legal education credits to keep their licenses, varying from perhaps 10 to 15 credits per year. For some, this added expense, on top of license fees, association fees, etc., is burdensome (not all make $300 per hour). This thread is for FREE or very, very CHEAP MCLE online. If you have to fill out a financial aid or scholarship form claiming poverty in order to get a reduction from a $700 four hour course, this is not the thread for that. I avoided intellectual property law like the plague back in school. But this site offers free MCLE which is accredited in quite a few states. And best of all, it is actually interesting, entertaining, educational, and enjoyable, which are qualities I do not normally associate with MCLE presentations. Honestly, in my many years of attending CLE presentations, this is the most professionally produced I've ever heard (audio only): Intellectual Property Colloquium - Current Show This site mostly sells their online MCLE at $20 to $40 per credit hour, however, they offer two programs for FREE, one on Chapter 7 bankruptcy and one on ethics: Online CLE Credits - Continuing Legal Education Courses - Lawline.com I'm digging and will post more that I find.
