It appears the degree curriculum was recently changed and the website is rather vague on particulars. Any current students lurking about?

48 Credits for a doctoral program seems rather limited, especially given 12 of the credits are Dissertation preparation courses. From what I gather, students take one course per semester, with 3 semester per year. I cannot locate a syllabus for any of the courses.

Residencies are mandatory and occur once per semester in MD. There is no overview of the schedule of events. The FAQ states the average student takes 4 years to matriculate. This seems rather high given the limited coursework. What gives?

The school graduate catalog gives no overview of the comprehensive exams, dissertation process, or course plan.

My guess would be that is in addition to an appropriate masters degree.
