How much further will AACSB accreditation take you?

On a previous thread, everyone filled me in on the superiority of AACSB accreditation over ACBSP. That leads me to this question: What kind of doors will an AACSB degree open that an ACBSP degree will not?

Some companies that get hundreds of applicants for one opening sometimes use that as a filter. Large investment banks used to screen based on that but I'm not so sure if anyone applies there anymore. ;)

Strictly considering the degree as a standalone, far more value would be placed within some corporate structures on the institution's name recognition more so than programmatic accreditation. In academia circles, AACSB accreditation would trump ACBSP; nonetheless, the degree issuing institution’s name recognition would be the paramount consideration in that most, if not all, top tier schools would have AACSB right along with the same accreditation carried by lower tier regarded institutions (e.g., HBS or Wharton, vs. a Sam Houston State or a West Texas A&M).
