Math and English at Clovis If you plan to take a Math or English class at Clovis, in most cases, you must complete the Accuplacer placement assessment. The school will help you get it set up at a remote site. You need a proctor and computer access. My two oldest children completed seven classes through Clovis. The education they received was rigorous, the customer service from faculty and staff was timely and accurate, and for classroom work, the price is extremely attractive. Because my community college has a very limited summer schedule, with almost no online offerings this summer, I took some time today to discuss Clovis in my class today; as well as CLEP/DSST options for my students this summer. Didn't want to open a new thread about this, but today I had a nice conversation with Dr. Becky Rowley, Executive VP at Clovis. I let her know how much I appreciated the low tuition and the rigor of their courses. She noted that their data showed a slow but steady increase in homeschoolers enrolling in online courses through Clovis. Clovis is considering a "niche marketing" campaign for homeschoolers. Obviously, I agree with her Shawn
