top up engineering programme (distance learning)

Can you please help me in finding out some Electrical Engg / Electronics Engg/ Computing / IT Top-up (one year) programme via distance learning ?

 

Could you explain what you mean by "top up?"

"Top up" means that you need to just study for the Final Year of the degree programme. In United Kingdom / British Education Systems, a student with HND is normally considred eligible for the Top Up programme.
