Nontraditional Learning

    What kind of advice do you have for me if the company I work for is " dumb " about Non-traditional learning, especially if I'm blue-collar.

  2. You could do what I did.... Bite the bullet and pay for it yourself. I turned in my Blue Collar along with my job during my senior year. My previous employer never reaped the benifit that my successive employer did. Education is something no one can take away from you once you have it.

    Does your company have a published reimbursemnet policy? If so, read it carefully. While your specific manager might not like non-traditional delivery modes, the policy probably just says regionally accredited programs.
