The answers to your questions can be found on the web sites for the schools you mentioned - I'm not trying to be difficult but requirements evolve. For your first question the answer is yes except that a one unit course from Excelsior is required (there are a few equivelent courses). For your second question it is theoretically possible but unlikely (plus the one unit course) For your thiird question I do not know but I would guess unlikely.
To answer your questions, respecitvely: 1) Yes. However if they are credits from a previously completed degree, you need to aquire at least 30 new credits after-the-fact to be conferred a new degree. 2) Yes/No. There is no limit to the amount of credit you can get by testing, and there are plenty of tests, even at the upper level, that you can take. However, you need to take Excelsior's 1 credit Information Literacy course, OR, an equivalent course elsewhere. To my knowledge, there is no test that fulfills this requirement, however, it should take you less than a day to complete. 3) They also have no limit on the amount of credit you can receive by examination, but I do not know if they have any capstone courses or otherwise that you must take with them.
