Masters credits transfer from Malaysia

Please help suggest a school where I can transfer my masters level 18 credits to.

I'm supposed to submit a thesis (which is 3/4 finished) for the remainder of 18 credits to be awarded Ms in educational psychology.

Buy I've just been offered a graduate assistantship by another university to do a PhD based on my previous masters.

As a foreign student in Malaysia, I'm not allowed to undertake two postgraduate degrees at the same time.

Yet, I don't want to waste the almost 2 years I've spent pursuing this degree because I've also published an article in a scopus indexed journal and another one is being reviewed.

Thus, I want to transfer the credits to a distance learning institution in UK or US.

Please help recommend appropriate and affordable place.

Many USA colleges & universities have limit on how many units can be transferred into a graduate degree - usually somewhere between 6 to 15 units.
