I need a management/supervision certificate and have narrowed it down to three options (but feel free to add if you know comparable programs):

Tulane University: Certificate in Management - 2 for-credit classes (6 credits) for under $2,000. The certificate is from the School of Continuing Ed, not the Business School, but I don't care about that.

Rutgers Camden: Certificate in Supervising or New Manager Training - continuing education credits, 100h of training; mostly self-study with guidance from Rutgers faculty. These could be Gatlin certs...for some reason I don't know anyone who ever did one of these prorams. $2,000.

American Management Association: Management Skills for new Supervisors. Strong credentials but only 4 sessions for > $2,000. Sounds a little steep.

Which one do you like? Any other suggestions?

You might want to look around "sub brands" they run. I found some time ago this: http://www.flexstudy.com/group/index.cfm?template=index&location=index#courses.
It looks like they are licensing some of their courses to Universities making them self paced and in the end really affordable. The question is of cause what in the end is actually written at the on the certificate.
