I have 105 College Credits, but have not attained the Bachelor's Degree as of yet. I have, however, been teaching Elementary School FULL-TIME in the U.S. and overseas now for 12 consecutive years. I'd like some advice on how these 12 years of teaching experience can be best used to earn credits in Education. Are there colleges that offer credits for TEACHING EXPERIENCE of this many years? Need help.

  2. I'll bite. Which state(s) allow full-time elementary school teaching by a non-graduate?

Hello, Please share if possible, the state where you are working. I would portfolio your work through Thomas Edison State College. I hope your school system is aware of your degree shortage. If they are tap into educational remibursement features. Good Luck. Hille

He's probably been teaching at a private school. Many states do not have degree requirements for private school teachers.

Yes, that is correct. I forgot to mention that I was teaching in PRIVATE school settings. But 12 years are still 12 years. The experience is the same. Still looking for more info. Thanks.
