For those of you who are thinking about FHSU, I have to reiterate the fact that the (bulk of) professors are very accomodating. I enrolled in the spring semester and a couple of months back found out that I am being transferred; I sold my house here in the prairies and will be moving to the Maritimes (eastern Canada). I e-mailed my professors, informing them of my upcoming move and that I won't be in a position to submit assignments for a three week period while we are driving (yep - going across the US) and then moving into our new house. The response: no problem at all, good luck with the move and let us know how things are going and when you're ready to catch up. I could not be more pleased with the quality of education and the prof's being accommodating to a student who will have limited to no internet access for the first month of the semester. FHSU definitely gets a two-thumbs up from me (yet again)
It's always great to get real life reviews of programs. This is very helpful to prospective students.
My FHSU professors were very helpful to me. I lost my brother-in-law and twins in the same week, and my professors looked out for me. I eventually dropped my classes because I was mentally unable to go on, but my professors were very understanding and helpful.
