Penn Foster Business Management Certificate

Hello everybody,
I wanted some help if possible to answer a question I had. I'm looking for a school that gives credit towards an AS in Business for the Business Management Certificate from Penn Foster.

Although the Penn Foster College website states "The credits you’ll earn in the Penn Foster Business Certificate program can be transferred to Penn Foster College toward an Associates Degree in Business Management if you wish to continue your education."

I was told by an Enrollment Advisor the certificate does not carry transferable college credit towards their Undergrad Program. The courses are ACE Reviewed, so I'm looking for another distance/online school that would give credit towards an AS Business degree. It doesn't have to be regionally accredited, but at least DETC.

When I spoke with a different enrollment advisor at excelsior, they informed me that penn foster credits can transfer to excelsior, for a business degree, as long as the courses are ACE approved. Perhaps you should speak with a different enrollment advisor?
