Does anybody know if Penn Foster/equivalent takes FEMA credit raw or otherwise

And it's OK if I have to send it through TESC or Fredrick, either way, just specify if you have any information on the details. Other schools besides Penn Foster that are the same idea (cheap DETC schools) are also worth knowing about.
