    Hey does anyone know anything about Northeastern University's Doctor of Law & Policy program?

    I can advise that it's not a distance program.

    Though not a LP.D terminal degree offering, Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center does offer (online) the Master of Science in Education Law Program; moreover, the law school has ABA accreditation. http://edl.nsulaw.nova.edu/masters/index.cfm
