I read about it in another thread. Is it really as good as it sounds? Sponsored tuition with 1 semester costing only $400? Is there a catch?

Well, you do have to pay for books. I took three courses in one semester, and I got my books through sites like Amazon, Half.com, etc., and only paid a total of about $75 for my books, if I remember correctly. Plus, it's nationally, not regionally accredited. Other than that, it was a great experience for me, and probably some of the most difficult coursework I have ever done.

Appreciate your feedback. Is it only for USA tax rebates or something or is it available to aliens (as in non-USA) as well? Sorry for the extraneous questions, not much info available on their web site.

Everything is on their catalog, The info is on page 12. Tuition seems to be a little higher for international students.

Me bad, miss out the documentation and thanks for pointing it out. Quite cheap even considering international. Maybe I can recommend to my colleagues.
