The Aspen Institute promotes MBA programs that emphasize sustainability , and publishes rankings in its yearly "Beyond Grey Pinstripes" review.

Jonathan Whatley has a Sustainability thread over at www.degreediscussion.com. Maybe you could "tease out" the AACSB schools from his thread.

While it isn't a MBA , Harvard Extension offers a ALM degree with a concentration in sustainability and environmental management. There is a residency requirement, but some classes can be completed via distance learning. You can search the forum here to learn more about how some people go about completing the residency requirement.
