This program was just ranked #25 worldwide and #1 in the Pacific Northwest by the Aspen Institute: http://www.pdx.edu/news/portland-sta...h-in-the-world I think there is some limited residency though.

While it isn't a MBA , Harvard Extension offers a ALM degree with a concentration in sustainability and environmental management. There is a residency requirement, but some classes can be completed via distance learning. You can search the forum here to learn more about how some people go about completing the residency requirement.
