Symbiosis Center for Distance Learning?

Someone on Yahoo! Answers was asking about Symbiosis Center for Distance Learning www.scdl.net but I am not expert at knowing the legitimacy of foreign degrees. Can anyone help?

 

Symbiosis is a well known school in India. They do not offer DL MBA but their programs are PG Diplomas. The school is legit and their programs will be equivalen to RA programs in USA.

They do have another school that offers fulltime MBA.
