Opinions on the Open University (OU) MA and PhD?

    Has anyone heard for OU?

    Since I am looking for distance / external PhD / DBA programs and I live in the US I'm taking OU it off my list of DL PhD's.

    I Just wanted to see if anyone has an opinion on OU MBA's and PhD, or if anyone here has gone to OU?

    My brother in law who lives in Eire earned his BS Biology at OU. Very tough he said. He had to travel to Belfast to take exams and perform labs.
    OU is well regarded in the UK and Eire by employers.
    Not open to US residents.

    I wish that the OU would make it's degree programs available to us in the USA.
