For you NC residents, I offer a suggestion to consider East Carolina. http://www.ecu.edu/cs-acad/options/cost.cfm They are extremely cost competitive for in-state graduate degrees, particularly in the education and medical professions. My wife recently completed her MAED thru their DL program. It's a good school. Best of luck to you all.
I was looking at ECU's M.S. in Criminal Justice program several years ago but I noticed today that it is no longer offered online. If I was living in NC back in 2003 I would've jumped all over that program because the in-state tuition was rediculously low for a graduate degree program from that type of a school. I'm really surprised that ECU dropped that program from their online offerings. It seems that CJ is a hot topic in the DL world right now and I'd figure that current law enforcement officers in NC would be flooding ECU's admissions department to get into the program for promotional and adjunct teaching purposes due to its low cost. abnrgr275
I live right here in North Carolina, in fact about 50 miles from ECU, good school and good reputation, has one of the cheapest MBA programs around for in state grads. In fact the entire UNC System in NC offers some great online programs: http://online.northcarolina.edu/ Ok I am ending my shameless promo of the UNC system!
