    An interesting school, and fairly low cost, Westlawn Institute of Marine Technology
    http://www.westlawn.edu/

    Accredted (DETC) guided independent study of yacht and small boat design. Full course takes about 2-4+ years, depedning on time spent on the program.

    Apparently some courses are alos offered by SUNY Maritime.
