accreditation artesvisuales

Hello,

I am interested in a spanish school where i want to pursue a carrera in visual artes so about the spanish accreditation ...can someone help me in telling me about this line that was written about the homologacion ..i am not familiar with the spanish accreditation what i know that consejeria de eudcacion is the spanish ministry of education or there other consejerias ...some other programs are accredited by the junta de andalucia can someone tell me what is the difference and the real mean and explaintion of the line written in spanish
