penn foster graphic degree

Hello everyone,

I have few questions about the graphic degree associate degree with penn foster, some time ago i asked about delivering my material outside the US ..but forgot what school responded about that case ...anyways I wanna know why dont they just make the program available outside the US?

and another thing I currently live in saudi arabia but I have an address in the US so when i travel back there I will be able to do my proctored exam ...so I wanna know is this a good idea ...but when will the proctored exam be taken every end of the semester or what exactly ...or there is a difference between the other programs that are offered internationally ?
