Here's a nine-page "Notice of Adverse Action" detailing the causes of Tran's demotion. And after all the serious charges, he is demoted for 60 days.

When the time bomb went off for a man in a very comparable position with the State of Colorado some years ago, he was not only fired, but his Green Card was revoked, and he was sent home to his native England. (His fake was from the Sussex College of Technology).
