Any thoughts on Columbia Southern University? They have started accepting federal aid and it seems to be a very popular school. My reservation is its NA standing.

Oh, I kinda lust after their MBA in E-Business & Technology and their DBA. But maybe that's just me. :p

How do you intend to use the degree? This will determine if NA standing affects the utility of the degree.

Presumably you are looking at the CSU Bachelors degree in Environmental Management.

If this is your first degree I would suggest you avoid an NA accredited degree and shoot for a regionally accredited one - this will prove more versatile with both employers and with academia (should you elect to pursue a masters degree).

You could design your own environment degree with the Excelsior BS degree in liberal arts https://www.excelsior.edu/Excelsior_College/School_of_Liberal_Arts/Bachelors_Degrees_in_Liberal_Arts, or the TESC BA degree in Natural sciences http://www.tesc.edu/3665.php

If you want a more structured degree look at this one from a Cal State University:
