who studies german or french (london or other universities)

hello,
i`m interested in the courses german and french, but I have a lot of questions about them.
1.Is the material which the university send to the students in english or in German/French?
2. Are the exams in german or French?
3. can I become a teacher with this type of bachelor?
4. Do I need special qualifications in german or french, which I have to send to the university?
5. Especially for London University: what can i do when I want to study german and french but don`t have the right qualifications.what`s the fees?is it expensive?
