Hey everyone, Just to give you a brief review. I am about to complete my associate degree in Business online from University of Phoenix. I would like to get my Bachelors in business from a different institution. So far I have found washington state university and I like there program. They are accredited by the AACSB. Can anyone let me know of other school which offer the same type of program? Thanks
Top of my list for a BS Business would be Penn State http://www.worldcampus.psu.edu/BachelorinBusiness_Curriculum.shtml Not AACSB accredited however (although other Penn State degrees are). Here is an AACSB business degree from Indiana State University http://www1.indstate.edu/degreelink/business-administration.html National University has a BBA http://www.nu.edu/OurPrograms/SchoolOfBusinessAndManagement/LeadershipAndBusinessAdministration/Programs/BusinessAdministration.html Not AACSB accredited but IACBE accredied If you want to minimize tuition costs then look into Excelsior's BS in Business https://www.excelsior.edu/Excelsior_College/School_of_Business_and_Technology/Business_Programs/BS_in_General_Business You can earn your credits from a wide range of accredited institutions then transfer them to Excelsior. This way you use saved dollars to attend an AACSB accredited masters degree. If you work in aviation or aerospace then Embry-Riddle has this BS in Aviation Business Administration: http://worldwide.erau.edu/degrees-programs/undergraduate/aviation-business-administration.html
Thanks, I forgot to mention that I am right now overseas (non military) so it would be a bit difficult to go to florida to take exams . Indiana looks intresting and I will check it out. More names are always helpfull
University of Wyoming has a great program. Fortunato, a poster here, got his BA from there and then went to Duke for an MBA. University of Wisconsin has several that are AACSB. Whitewater is one that looked promising. A search here of this forum would turn up some links.
Thanks for the great advice, as someone who will be working overseas it is important to have a degree from a known school name (this does not mean NYU or Penn ). However I wonder if people may not know to much about wisconsin? Any state school in CA, WA,NY, NJ have any schools? I have seen the program at Umass which I like but it seems you need some requirments which I dont have.
I have worked in Europe and Asia and no-one ever asked me about my degrees. But here is a business degree from UoL/LSE - a school known worldwide: http://www.londonexternal.ac.uk/prospective_students/undergraduate/lse/business/index.shtml
