Bachelor in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology Accept NA?

Hi Everyone,

My co-worker is looking for a Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology online. He as 105 quarters credits in the major from TESST College, a national accredited institution. Excelsior College and Thomas Edison State College are out of question 'cause they no longer accepted National. The only I know that DeVry University accept them, but the tuition is too expensive. Please advise If you know any other RA school accept NA transfer that offers Bachelor in this major.
