In a letter I received today from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology the Western Association has approved their distance learning Ph.D. in Transpersonal Psychology. The program will include on-line classes and some residential seminars. The new program is to begin in July 2002. They will select 15 students to begin Year 1 of the Ph.D. and 15 candidates in Year 3 of the Ph.D. (defined as advanced standing students who already hold a their masters in psychology.) There will be a graduate school open house on Tuesday, 2/5 at 7:00 on campus in Palo Alto.
