Northcentral University—Any recommendations for PhD?

Hello Everyone. I just found this discussion board and so far I like what I see. I need help regarding choosing a PhD program in Educational Technology. I found out a few days ago that Northcentral now accepts financial aid from FAFSA. I am currently seeking to obtain the necessary information from Northcentral University, in order to pursue a PhD in Educational Technology/E-learning. I do not really know anyone who attended the university and completed their program, to inform me with the necessary and practical feedback about the school. Any information is greatly appreciated.
