I just got off the phone with my sister, and she is contemplating going back to school for a bachelor degree in forensic science. Problem is, we live in a college dead zone. It's an hour drive to any campus in any direction. She's willing to make the trip, but I almost have her convinced to CLEP out of her general education requirements. She plans to attend IUPUI. Does anyone know of any distance learning options for this field? Here's the curriculum: http://www.forensic.iupui.edu/program/dl/check_sheet_bio.pdf Help finding any of these courses by online or distance learning would be great, since she works full time it would be difficult for her to drive back and forth for all of these. Suggestions of any distance-learning schools that offer this program of study will be appreciated. Even taking one of these courses online will save her a good deal of driving time.

She already has an associate degree in business from Harrison College, but unfortunately it is not RA so we think it's unlikely any of her credits will transfer.

    Thanks for any help!

Thank you so much for your reply. I have absolute faith that my sister can complete the IUPUI program, but I sent her the link to AMU, AIU, and the Master's degree program at National University so she can check out her options. It looks like AMU or AIU would be about the same price as IUPUI, so if she can take any of those online and transfer them over it could save her driving time, at least.

    Thanks again!

perrymk, I love this certificate, excellent suggestion. I have sent it along to my sister. Do you happen to know if out-of-state online students get the in-state tuition rate? If so, this is a great deal as well, and a convenient option to work on after she finishes her bachelor degree since she could take one class at a time. If not, she probably won't be interested in spending so much money for out-of-state tuition, but it's still an interesting option, and a good deal for Florida residents!

    Thanks so much!
