    The same people offer a rather bizarre Master of Engineering in Technical Japanese.

    This thing is a 24 unit program with no thesis. It assumes no previous experience with the Japanese language. Despite being called a masters degree, it is apparently a first degree in Japanese that seems less demanding than most bachelors programs in the language.

    I have to say that it seems more like a certificate program to me.
